In this drawing-based fighter, you play as two Nordic wizards duel with elemental powers. Draw Norse runes with your staff to summon elemental attacks like fire or ice. Defend by striking your staff against the ground. Victory goes to the wizard who triumphs in the best of three rounds.
I directed the overall game design and coordinated team members and tasks. I focused on maintaining project momentum and managing deadlines so both the game and its hardware components developed on schedule.
I integrated Wii Mote functionality into the game, enabling the use of its input in the game’s code.
I implemented a simple HUD displaying essential game information and made the navigation between the game and the menu.
I served as a fill-in programmer, responsible for troubleshooting and fixing gameplay bugs when other programmers are pre-occupied with hardware development.
I created minor VFXs to enhance the game's visual feedback, improving the overall player experience.
